TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please note I am still taking autumn / winter pieces. Please get in touch and I can arrange delivery or collection.
I take all designer labels including high end high street; Hobbs, Whistles, All Saints, Mint Velvet etc. Your garments and accessories should be laundered, in excellent condition and ready to wear.
Labels offers a 50/50 commission basis. It is your responsibility to collect payment from the sale of items.
If you wish to agree a specific price for an item please do so when you leave it with me, otherwise Labels will endeavour to obtain the best price using expertise and discretion.
You will be given a collection date for unsold items, usually 12 weeks thereafter. This may vary seasonally. If I have tried to contact you, and the items are not collected within 2 weeks after the agreed collection date, they will be forwarded to charity.
At peak times your goods may be placed in a rota to ensure that stock is currently refreshed.
At the discretion of Labels items may be placed within a sale. Please specify at the time of delivery if you do not wish this to happen. Sales are usually 10% to 50% off the marked price.
Whilst the care of your goods is paramount, all goods are left entirely at owners’ risk.
I accept spring/summer stock from April to August and autumn/winter from September to March.
Labels may from time to time wish to advertise your items on social media. If you do not wish this to happen, please let me know when delivering the items.
